Account information: when you create a ReHanger account, we collect your email address and basic profile details you provide.

Photos and item details: photos you capture, plus the titles, descriptions, measurements, and prices you enter or approve, so we can build and manage your closet inventory and listing drafts.

eBay connection data: if you connect your eBay account, we receive the limited data needed to publish listings on your behalf (such as your eBay seller identity and listing status). This connection uses eBay's secure OAuth flow — we never see or store your eBay password.

Usage information: basic technical data such as device type and app interactions, used to keep the service running reliably.

To operate ReHanger: storing your closet inventory, generating and saving listing drafts, publishing listings you approve, and tracking item status.

AI photo processing: the photos you capture are sent to an AI service that analyzes them to generate listing drafts (titles, descriptions, categories, and attributes). Your photos are processed for this purpose only and are not used to train public models.

To communicate with you about your account, listings, and important service changes.

AI service provider: your photos and related item details are shared with our AI processing provider solely to generate your listing drafts.

eBay: when you approve and publish a listing, the listing content you approved is sent to eBay under your connected account and becomes subject to eBay's own privacy policy.

Infrastructure providers: we use hosted services (such as our database and authentication provider) to store and protect your data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep your account data, photos, and listings for as long as your account is active, so your closet inventory stays intact between sessions.

You can request deletion of your data at any time through the contact options in the app. We will delete your account, photos, and listing drafts within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain records by law.

Disconnecting your eBay account stops future publishing; listings already published on eBay must be managed or removed in your eBay account directly.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ReHanger is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as ReHanger evolves. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
