Terms of Service

ReHanger is an AI-assisted clothing resale app. You photograph your clothes, our AI prepares listing drafts from your photos, you review and approve every detail, and — when you choose — ReHanger publishes the listing to eBay through your connected eBay account.

AI-generated drafts are a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions, photos, condition, measurements, and prices before publishing.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ReHanger and to sell on eBay.

You must own the items you list, or have the right to sell them.

Listing accuracy is your responsibility: descriptions, condition, size, and photos must truthfully represent the item.

Published listings are subject to eBay's policies and terms. If eBay removes or restricts a listing, that decision is eBay's.

You are responsible for fulfilling sales made through your eBay account, including shipping and buyer communication.

Publishing to eBay requires connecting your eBay account through eBay's secure OAuth flow. ReHanger acts on your behalf only for actions you approve, such as creating and publishing listings.

You can disconnect your eBay account at any time. Listings already published remain on eBay and must be managed in your eBay account.

ReHanger's pricing (Free, Pro, and pay-as-you-go) is currently planned pricing — billing is not yet enabled, and you will not be charged while we finish the MVP.

When billing is enabled, app fees will apply as described on the pricing page: a percentage of completed sales, waived (0%) for Pro members. eBay's own marketplace fees are separate and set by eBay.

You agree not to misuse ReHanger: no unlawful content, no counterfeit or prohibited items, no attempt to disrupt the service, and no scraping or reverse-engineering of the app.

ReHanger, its branding, and its software are owned by us and our licensors. Your photos and listing content remain yours; you grant us the limited license needed to process, display, and — at your direction — publish them.

ReHanger helps you prepare and publish listings. We do not guarantee that any item will sell, sell at a particular price, or sell within any timeframe. AI-suggested prices and categories are estimates — your judgment controls the final listing.

ReHanger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or eBay account actions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to ReHanger in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

You may stop using ReHanger and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

We may update these terms as ReHanger evolves. We will post the revised terms here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
